Chuck Adams Wins Fred Bear Archery & Bowhunting Communicator Award
As one of the most successful bowhunters of all time, Chuck Adams has kneeled beside more trophy animals than probably any bowhunter on the planet.

But Adams' most recent trophy didn't fall to a well-placed arrow. Instead, this trophy was presented to him at the 2011 ATA (Archery Trade Association) Show in Indianapolis, Indiana. Adams won the prestigious Fred Bear Archery & Bowhunting Communicator Award.

The award is presented by the ATA and the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA). Through POMA and ATA, media professionals and archery industry leaders partnered to choose a communicator whose career and commitment to archery define the award and its future recipients.

"Bowhunting is my passion and my life; and I do it because I love it," Adams said. "Fortunately, I was able to combine the two things I think I do best, which are writing and hunting, into a career that has kept a smile on my face for a long, long time. And I plan to keep smiling for a long time as I continue to bowhunt."
